Between the poles of hot and cold, Hong Kong veteran choreographer Helen Lai makes masterly use of dance, ice skating, theatre, music and literary elements. Together with skating on ice by three-time Olympic skater David Liu as well as live performance of Bach's Unaccompanied Cello Suites by Grammy nominated cellist Bion Tsang, Lai draws a complex map of the soul on thin ice with stunning images and metaphors in Plaza X.
